This notice describes how NAKWEDE Logistics Company Limited handles the information you provide through this website’s contact and quotation forms.
What we collect and why
We collect the name, contact details and enquiry information you enter. A quote request may also include your company, cargo description, origin, destination, dimensions, timing and special requirements. We use these details to understand your requirement, contact you and prepare the next steps for your enquiry.
Please provide only the information needed for the enquiry. Do not include payment card details, passwords or identity documents in the message fields. File uploads are not used on this website.
How enquiries are handled
Enquiries are stored in a private folder on our web server so our team can review and respond to them. If email notifications are enabled, a copy is sent to our enquiry mailbox through our hosting mail service. Access is intended for authorised NAKWEDE staff and the hosting providers needed to operate these services.
Keeping and deleting information
Website enquiry records are scheduled for deletion after 90 days. Housekeeping removes expired records when a new valid enquiry is processed; the server can also run a daily cleanup. If your enquiry becomes an ongoing business engagement, correspondence and related business records may need to be kept separately for that engagement.
Cookies and technical information
The enquiry pages use a temporary session cookie to protect forms and show submission feedback. The website does not include analytics, advertising cookies or embedded social-media trackers.
A hashed network address is used for short-lived spam controls. These rate-limit records are removed by housekeeping after one day. Hosting services may maintain their own access and security logs.
Links to Maps and social platforms open external services with their own privacy practices. Those services are not embedded in the page.
